Most are wondering where they come from.
By: Jet PakSante Fe, NM - Through the presidential campaign and in the weeks following the election, CNN has hosted KellyAnne Conway, Kayleigh McEnany, Alice Stewart, Ann Coulter, Scottie Nell Hughes and Marsha Blackburn. All have shown continual support for President-elect Donald Trump. On Friday, December 9th, Anderson Cooper interviewed yet another thin, white, blonde woman who supports Trump. Barbara Millicent Roberts told Cooper, "Donald Trump is the new president for all the people."
Many people are wondering where these women came from and if there are more of them. In a panel discussion on Sunday on CNN's Reliable Sources, Brian Stelter asked John Gray, Ph.D., author of "Men Are from Mars, Women Are from Venus" what he thinks. Gray thinks he has the answer. According to Gray, these women are a rare breed of woman that comes from Mars. "These women understand the Martian culture and they adhere to it, as I suggest that women learn to do in my book." CNN commentator, Gloria Borger, quickly responded to Gray saying "Your book is sexist and frankly I think your ideas and your book came from Uranus."
When Cooper pressed Roberts on Trump's misogynistic views and actions and asked her "As a woman, how can you support a man that constantly degrades and berates women?" Roberts took an old tactic from her team's playbook and pivoted to "Hillary Clinton's emails. That's why."
