Kim is so full of love that he worries about BMIs and cholesterol levels. By restricting calories, he keeps his people as thin and good looking as heroin addicts. No fatties in North Korea. Well, maybe one.
Kim makes sure that everyone gets plenty of exercise. He gives them free memberships in gyms that are called forced labor camps. Marching in parades to honor him helps to keep thousands in good shape.
The much loved citizenry gets a lot of help keeping the national budget under control. Kim saves the country millions by not trying and incarcerating his enemies. How smart it is to just promptly poison or shoot them.
Donald Trump has an uncanny ability to read people. Most people wrongly think that Kim is a ruthless despot. After only one minute, Trump was able to tell that Kim is a leader who loves his people.
