Washington, D.C. - For all of Donald Trump's bombast and self-congratulatory bragging, his administration can be remarkably secretive when it comes to enacting controversial and unpopular changes. There has been no announcement telling us that the iconic welcome to immigrants on the Statue of Liberty has been replaced with a different message. The new plaque reads, "Give me your huddled, white, wealthy masses who have private health insurance, a good credit score, advanced degrees, and a full pantry. Send these, the tempest tossed, have-mores who can stand on their own two feet, to me."
